Craigellachie 2014 / 8 YO

We currently have an 8 and 11-year-old offering from the Craigellachie distillery. 

Craigellachie is located in the exact centre of Speyside, as well as the centre of Scottish territory. It is surrounded by a rock and overlooks the confusion of the Fiddich and Spey rivers. However, Craigellachie resists this, so eliminate that “speyside” flavour. 

It deliberately rejects contemporary house regulations. Craigellachie is a strong, powerful, pineapple-tinged, unabashed, and distinctive whisky. Alfred Barnard, the great, defined our whisky as “a style seldom met” when the distillery was constructed in 1891, and they’ve been old fashioned ever since, both in style and flavour.
